Board Nominations

Board of Directors

Hôpital Glengarry Memorial Hospital provides primary care services and is governed by a Board of eleven elected volunteers and five ex-officio directors. Board members are expected to attend meetings of the Board as well as regular committee meetings. As volunteer directors of a charitable corporation, Board members are not paid for their services.

Directors are selected according to their skill, experience, and personal qualities. The HGMH Board seeks a balance among the skills and experience of directors, while considering the unique requirements of the corporation.
